In this role, you'll be all about making customers happy and boosting marine solutions. Your job? Rocking service performance on site (marine and/or offshore) with tasks such as:

  • Sort marine fuel and bunkering service activities
  • Carry out tech evaluations
  • Fix instrument issues worldwide (ships, yay!)
  • Run tests and keep things in tip-top shape
  • Improve instruments performance and teach others how to use them
  • Jump into action when called (even at odd hours)
  • Assist with MID verification (training provided)
  • Nurture a strong customer and/or colleague-centric relationship

Requirements:

Being successful in this requires a technical background and couple of other specific abilities, namely:

  • Holding a bachelor's degree in a tech field like instrumentation or process technology
  • >3 years of work experience in a similar setting
  • Fluent in English, and if you're proficient in another EU language is a bonus
  • Bonus points if you know your way around the marine scene & if you have safety trainings, such as VCA or NEN-EN50110
  • Willingness to travel extensively (regional & global trips/expect a min of 90 travel days/year)
