What do you do on a daily basis?

  • Assist resellers in Belgium
  • Receive order requests by both email and phone
  • Process orders, draft contracts, and invoice customers
  • Create product licenses for clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes
  • Oversee backlog administration


Who are you?

  • You work and think at a Bachelor's degree level
  • Experienced in order management, experience in finance is a plus
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in French, Dutch, and English
  • You are ambitious and a self-starter
  • Service-oriented, assisting customers at a high level
  • Strong IT skills, Excel skills are a plus
