For my client in Culemborg i'm looking for a Administrative / Customer Service representative to join the 4 headed Admin team.
The overall responsibility that you have is to deal with the order administration for the entire Benelux market. this responsibilities range from:
  • Making sure that the orders are placed in the ERP system.
  • Helping out the sales managers with creating offer letters/tenders, and following up on them
  • You will serve as the primary contact for and interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products, sales orders, lead times, shipments and services and to handle and resolve complaints.
  • Help out with finance related tasks.


What do we expect from you?

· Have excellent knowledge of Dutch(C2/C1) and French language(C2/C1), next to this English is needed as well.
· Have a commercial, customer service oriented and pro-active attitude;
· You have gained work experience within a administrative or customer service related position, for at least 3 years;
· You need to be able to work with MS-office, the CRM software and ERP systems.
· You live in the surroundings of Culemborg, or be happy with the travel towards Culemborg.
