Customer Services Representative (B2B) | German

As a Customer Services Representative, you will provide outstanding services to our client's customers, more specifically, Germany, Austria and Benelux. Over the phone and email, you will inform and advise customers about their orders. You will handle all income orders and questions about prices and stock. Keeping in touch with Logistics to track and follow orders is essential. You will have other 10 colleagues in the Customer Services department.
The ideal candidate is the one with:
- a minimum of a MBO certificate
- 2-4 years' experience in Customer Services or Order Management
- a C2 level of German (Dutch would be a big plus)
- outstanding Microsoft Office skills
