We are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst to join one of the oldest and largest international financial institutions that quickly expands in Europe.

As an IT Support Analyst you will be responsible for making sure that all of the IT issues your colleagues come across are resolved. You will be responsible for making sure all equipment and systems function properly. You will install, maintain, repair, diagnose and upgrade the relevant devices and equipment; all in a timely, accurate and customer focused manner.

Among your responsibilities:

  • Manage and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and thin clients, maintaining optimal performance and security;

  • Administer networking infrastructure, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and ensuring network

  • Collaborate with end-users and staff to understand and address IT-related concerns, maintaining a high level of
    customer satisfaction;

  • Implement and enforce IT security protocols to safeguard sensitive information;

  • Providing 1st line technical support to customers and passing the calls to a team of 2nd line if the issue is more complex;

  • Configuring and distributing iPads and iPhones and assisting users;

  • Sourcing and proposing new IT-related solutions that may promote efficiency in the office.

Nice full-time opportunity in an unique diverse company. The location is Amsterdam and the salary varies depending on your knowledge and experience between €3000-3500 gross per month.

You are innovative, natural problem-solving person that is always ready to help and next to that you will have:

* Relevant education;
* 5+ years of experience as an IT Support Specialist;
* Working knowledge of systems, hardware, equipment, components, devices and accessories;
* 1st line experience;
* Excellent spoken and written English, Japanese is a big plus.
