They’ve been doing extremely well, growing by 100% YoY and not stopping as the demand is steadily increasing. They pride themselves with multiple awards, as well as being listed in Deloitte’s Technology Top50 in the Netherlands! They’re an ambitious bunch looking for you – their next commercial superstar, so ready, set, go! Your role as a Customer Success Manager
As the new Customer Success Manager, you’ll join a young team that is making well renowned brands more successful with their data insights. You will be managing new– and existing client relationships to onboard and expand them. You will work closely with C-level stakeholders on a regular (monthly or even weekly) basis to discuss the solution, in order to provide the competitive advantage for them. As Customer Success Manager you will also work together with the Data Analyst and Data Science teams in order to develop your knowledge about the business as well. What do you bring as a Key Account Manager

  • 3+years experience in Customer Success
  • Experience with engaging with C-level stakeholders
  • You’re entrepreneurial and a strong relationship builder
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently

What do you bring for extra points

  • Experience working with the FMCG sector
  • Having worked within Data Analytics (possibly also as a Data Analyst)
  • Startup/scale up experience

What you can expect?

  • A base salary of up to €65K OTE
  • Scale up in a centrally located Amsterdam office
  • Flat hierarchy in a young and fun team
