The Customer Service Representative is a key part of the team based in Amsterdam. In this role you will report to the Customer Service Manager.

  • Handling incoming / outgoing calls and answer e-mails
  • Processing orders in SAP
  • Supporting the sales representatives
  • Following up and monitoring orders and deliveries
  • Pro-actively informing and/or approaching customers about product, price, delivery times etc.
  • Handling financial requests and work closely with the financial department
  • Coming up with solutions for complex issues and possible complaints


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training, education and experience
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and order management in a relevant customer service setting
  • Business level French (C2), fluent in English and preferably proficient in Dutch
  • Experience with CRM, SAP experience is strongly preferred
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Enthusiastic, a commercial mindset and a team player
  • Service oriented, a problem solver and excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
  • Able to prioritize and work under pressure

Salary Benefits:

We are looking for a candidate who can start in January/February 2021. For this full time position, our client is offering a contract with a competitive salary, 25 vacation days, a pension plan and travel compensation.
