In your role in customer support you will work with approximately 30 customers a day from the hospitality industry either via phone, email or chat. Building a good relationship with your customers is a key for this role and would require a friendly voice, a calm mind and a good understanding of how to find the best solution for them. A technical background is not required because you will receive a training in the beginning for which reason a good mindset and being eager to learn is more important.

Requirements:

  • You can switch quickly between tasks and picking new things comes to you at ease

  • You speak French and Dutch completely fluent
  • You have a calm mind even in situations when it becomes more stressful
  • You are able to work full-time (40h/week)

They provide a platform both in the Netherlands and in Belgium, which helps with the timekeeping, online scheduling, HACCP registration, keeping track of allergens and even tracking which dish on your menu performs the best.
