Customer service
Develop and maintain close relationships and contacts with their dealers;
Technical knowledge and support of their product portfolio;
Provide excellent customer service;
Issue and follow-up on quotations;
Handle customer requests;
Coordinate the School attendees each month (participating during lunches and/or dinners with customers);


2+ years of experience in a B2B customer service department with Polish customers;
A business level of the Polish language and excellent communication skills;
A professional level of English;
Technically literate or have affinity with technical products;
Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude;
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate;
Ability to prioritize tasks and requests;
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment;
Already living in the Netherlands, and within commutable distance from Amersfoort;
