Customer Service Representative | German

As a Customer Service Representative for a professional company at the top of their market, your primary task would be to provide top-notch customer service. This includes advising your customers on the best products for their needs, guiding them on technical queries and answering any product questions they may have. You would also be issuing and following up on quotations and coordinating smooth deliveries in collaboration with the logistics team.
Another aspect of this position involves helping to organize trainings for new users of the product, and building long-lasting client relationships using your friendly attitude and professional knowledge.
Our client is looking for someone who will help to build their reputation and brand. In order to be successful in this, you should have:
- 2 years of B2B customer service experience
- A business level of the German language and experience working with German customers
- A professional level of English (both written and spoken)
- Technical literacy, and an ability to provide technical assistance
- A detail-oriented and organized way of working
In addition, you should also have a valid Dutch work permit or EU passport, as well as be living within commuting distance of Amersfoort.
