As an Inside Sales employee, you will be responsible for (B2B) customer contact on both phone and email by way of processing and following up orders, answering inquiries and advising about products, prices and delivery times. In addition, you are responsible for:

  • making quotes for clients
  • supporting the Outside Sales Representatives, which are often on the road
  • staying up to date with the developments in the assortment (fabrics, wallpapers, carpets, blinds, etc.)
  • assisting customers in the showroom, which is located in Zoetermeer
  • maintaining daily contact with the Headquarters in Germany to quickly answer questions, requests and solve problems in a timely manner
  • reporting to the Inside Sales Manager
  • participating in relevant work meetings


The ideal candidate is the one with:

  • experience (or at least affinity) within the textile industry (not a must, but a plus)
  • a minimum of MBO level and some work experience in a commercial setting
  • an excellent command, both written and spoken, of English and Dutch (C1-C2). A good command of German and / or French are a big advantage
  • an independent, customer-oriented and energetic approach
  • excellent communication skills, both spoken and written

Salary Benefits:

Our client offers an independent job within a creative environment. Full training will be provided. Salary varies from 2500 to 3100 gross (depending on experience), plus pension scheme and travel costs (public transport or 0,19 cents per Km).
