Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Specialist, the Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high quality best practice internal recruitment service across all retail positions in the Designer Outlet Center in Roermond.
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing an end to end recruitment cycle, delivering a high quality best practice internal recruitment service across all positions;
  • Managing stakeholder, candidate, and external supplier relationships;
  • Managing the advertising process for live roles via both our internal hiring system, external job boards and LinkedIn;
  • Providing a great candidate experience; answering questions, arranging interviews, managing communication and providing a clear status update for all candidates;
  • Selecting and screening of applicants to provide suitable shortlists for hiring managers;
  • Tracking and monitoring all internal and external interview outcomes, providing candidates with constructive feedback throughout their interview process;
  • Partnering with stakeholders to support them with their resourcing needs; both immediate and future.
  • Providing advice and guidance to hiring managers on resourcing best practice;
  • Working with internal KPI’s and SLA’s, and ensuring strategic decisions in line with the talent team budget.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate level of Dutch and English:
  • Experience in a fast paced environment – ideally in store management or retail recruitment;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build relationships with ease; 
  • Skilled in analysis, time management, problem solving and innovative thinking;
  • Open to change, being able to quickly adapt and work with pace;
  • Self-motivated and ability to work in a remote based talent team;
  • Commercially astute and confident decision maker, communicating with impact across all levels.
Work Hours:

40 hours per week hours per week
