These will be your daily challenges as an IT Inside Sales Representative:

  • Being in direct contact with existing clients about the prices, the current products and services etc.
  • Process and manage sales orders and return requests
  • Use your innate commercial skills to cross and up-sell
  • you talk with your warehouse colleagues and the administrative team to ensure that the orders are shipped on time and correctly
  • You make sure to update the company system with your activities and with the order management news.

Requirements:

Here's the identikit of the next IT Inside Sales Representative:

. You speak excellent English. Speaking Dutch would be a plus, but it is not mandatory
• You have a bachelor's or master's, or equivalent educational level
• You have experience in a similar position
• You have a commercial mindset and an eye for details
• You live on a commutable distance from Nijmegen
• You are available 40 hours a week (mandatory)
