Inside Sales Specialist | French (plus Spanish and Portuguese)

The job requires an organized, efficient Inside Sales Specialist to be responsible for administrative duties and supporting the sales department in gaining and keeping customers. The responsibilities include creating and tracking of sales order, performing data entry tasks, and responding to customer and prospect queries. Furthermore, you are a bridge between operations, sales and marketing ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be operationally managed by the Lead Operations. 
Responsibilities:

• Order management: creating and processing orders in a timely manner, processing requests for rush orders, and reviewing pending orders and customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Also providing troubleshooting assistance for orders. 
• Backorder management and ETA (estimated time of arrival of customer products) management; ensuring correct follow-up and communication of customer back orders and ETA. 
• Managing customer accounts; set up customer account in the system and guide the customer within on boarding. 
• Performing general administrative task and support for internal sales team
• Manage correct prices. 
• Single point of contact for the customer. 

Requirements:

To be successful, you should have good time management and organizational skills. You should also demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.  
Qualifications:

• MBO+ work and thinking level
• Approximately 2 years relevant work experience is a pre (dealing with big clients).
• Microsoft Excel and Exact (our ERP) knowledge is a pre.
• Business English and French is mandatory. Having excellent knowledge of Spanish and Portuguese as well will be very much welcome
