For the customer service department, we need an experienced customer service representative. With a new project coming in from the telecommunication sector you can be the difference-maker helping customers in need.


  • Receiving and placing customer service emails
  • Manage database records
  • Troubleshooting and assisting customers with questions or issues by always being the customer's advocate
  • Data entry and research as required to resolve customer issues
  • Providing information as a response to inquiries about products and services


  • Professional German (C2 level)
  • Experience with customer service (B2C)
  • Pronounced integrity and the ability to understand individual customer needs
  • Communicative strength, good problem-solving skills, and an eye for detail
  • Ambition to deliver high-quality service to the customer

· Market-based salary of 2450,- EUR a month
