As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be the go-to for Belgian and French customers, ensuring they receive top-notch assistance with a smile. Your role will be to assist their customers with quality related problems, as well as work alongside planning to assist with maintenance scheduling. Some days you will be on the phone, and some days you will focus on digital queries.


The most important thing to have for this role is a customer-oriented approach and a love for problem solving. Next to this, here are a few musts:

  • Professional level of French and Dutch (C1+);
  • Living in Apeldoorn area, and able to commute to the office;
  • Available for 24-40 hours per week;
