By constantly improving the product and a strong connection with the target group, they ensure that they remain relevant. They’re now looking for a B2B Marketing Manager who will make sure that every e-commerce party sees them as the go-to solution when it comes to returns. About the job As the B2B Marketing Manager you will build out and execute the marketing strategy. Your goal? Making sure the company is thought leader in the e-commerce industry when it comes to returns. Your marketing strategy will focus on generating leads and making sure they are provided with everything they need throughout the customer journey, resulting in loads of new customers. You’ll be in charge of the marketing department’s day-to-day operations as well as growing the department within the organization. They operate both account-based as well as via inbound marketing. So on one hand you will support the sales team by identifying target accounts and finding new ways to connect with them. On the other hand, you will build out the brand, content and overall thought leadership position to make sure people actively seek for the solution. Your responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and constantly optimizing the marketing strategy, focusing on both awareness and lead generation
  • Working hands-on on marketing funnels, campaigns, content marketing, SEO and website optimization
  • You focus on guiding leads through the customer journey and constantly spot new opportunities to optimize touch points
  • You work tightly together with the management team and advise them on marketing. In this you have enormous freedom to come up with new initiatives and ideas for campaigns and overall branding

What do you bring to the table?

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, generating leads and leading them through the customer journey
  • Experience with setting up, rolling out and optimizing a marketing strategy
  • You’re experienced with digital marketing channels such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads and you’ve worked with HubSpot
  • You’re proactive and eager to spot opportunities and share your ideas
  • You’re fluent in English, speaking another language such as Dutch or German is a plus
