As a Client Service Agent, you are the first point of contact and you provide customer service excellence to the clients for the Dutch and Belgium market. You will be responsible to handle all inbound calls and emails according to the Service Level Agreements (SLA).


  • Provide high-quality service to all clients
  • Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails
  • When support of other colleagues is required, ensure to provide them with all necessary information in order to resolve the client’s issue as good and as soon as possible
  • Ensure accurate registration of all client requests
  • Handle all service-related questions posed by other departments
  • Ensure your knowledge of products, services and systems is up-to-date


  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in a customer service department or call center (preferable B2B)
  • C2 in French and fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills; able to communicate complex information in a simple, clear way
  • Customer-focused and quality-driven
  • Self-motivated individual with drive, enthusiasm and commitment to resolve issues
  • Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills
  • Team player, also able to work independently
  • Positive, pro-active and hands-on mentality
  • Computer literate
