Customer service

Some of your responsibilities include:
- Spending a great time helping clients and provide them with solutions to questions
- Keeping track of POS materials
- Traveling to clients daily
- Being present at the head office in Tilburg (the Netherlands) 1 to 2 times a month to coordinate day-to-day business tasks
- Advising how to present products in shops
- Representing the client at important trade fairs in Germany.


- a C2 level of German is required. Knowledge of the English and/or Dutch language is a plus.
- You preferably live in the region for which you will be responsible (Southern Germany)
- You are custom-oriented, result-driven and have a hands-on mentality
- Preferably 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role
