Customer service

As a Customer Service Representative you will be in charge of the entire process from the incoming order, invoicing until after sales. You will be the main point of contact for the customers advising them keeping stocks and the customers' budgets in mind. The responsibilities involved are:

  • managing inquiries, processing orders and after sales
  • managing invoices & follow up payments
  • managing pricing


To fully enjoy and be successful in this role you should have the ability to have a consultative or advisory conversation with the customers. As you would be dealing with high peak periods (e.g. pre-Christmas time) you need to be able to handle stress well. Furthermore you need to have:

  • a C2 level of German
  • an outstanding level of English
  • a passive understanding of Dutch language would be beneficial
  • some experience in order processing (experience in horeca is also welcome)
