Sr. Media & Brand Manager - FMCG Company

As the Sr. Media & Brand Manager you are the expert in translating Leading Brand stories into cross channel brand experiences leveraging innovative formats and concepts. You're an expert in story telling and have proven experience with media buying. Your mission is to define the brand .com strategy and activation, execute, track and course correct it upon the objectives (Mass Media/Digital/Event/Sponsorship/Activation, off & on trade & POS visibility: provide playbooks for implementation in the countries. In addtion, you will also report into the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver playbooks with brand strategy and assets and plan implementation
  • Providing brand communication assets for all touchpoints & channels
  • Brand Ambassadorship
  • Develop Digital E-Commerce strategies across markets and business models
  • Influence and co-build with Regional/Lead Marketing teams on Communication/Activation strategy
  • Define Communication plan per brand per market based on brand objectives & KPIs
  • Produce (local adaptations) & Execute Communication Plan
  • Define strategy and execute all touchpoints visibility/activation
  • Provide Expertise in on Trade (push/pull activation)
  • Brief & Coordinate specialist agencies based on brand objectives & KPIs
  • Advice, follow up & control Media Budget
  • Inspire & Train Marketing Team in Communication/Experience Trends
  • Drive the digital agenda: develop an aligned digital strategy & assets; bring digital expertise towards all country teams
  • Measure & act upon performance vs. Media targets
  • Contributing to the communication strategy, by working closely with Regional/Lead Marketing Teams


  • 8-12 years of experience in Marketing Strategy, online content & brand concept developmemt in FMCG/ agency side
  • Strong Brand Concept & customer journey experience
  • Proven experience with Media Buying or budget responsibility (is a must)
  • Strong program management skills and ability to engage matrix execution teams into action and results
  • Strong market knowledge and ability to localize Lead brand concepts into innovative and compelling local brand stories
  • Strong experience with traffic management strategies
  • Strong negotiation skills
