Job description:As a junior customer service employee you are primarily responsible for order processing. You are also responsible for maintaining efficient and positive relationships with our client’s customers. In addition, you add to and encourage a positive and enthusiastic working atmosphere. You are active in participating and developing commercial actions and developing new opportunities and solutions. In cooperation with the sales department you anticipate new customer needs. You are jointly responsible for creating and maintaining efficiency and margins in the sales process.

Main Activities:
• Communication with customers
• Identifying commercial opportunities;
• Approaching opportunities proactively from the sales department
• Performance improvement and showing drive in the function;
• Quality control order process;
• Realizing personal goals.

Additional job information: Co-worker is responsible for ensuring that our client´s Customer Intimacy strategy is met. Affinity with the horse market is a plus.



• Obtained College degree
• Preferable knowledge of the horse care sector
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work under time pressure; can handle stress.
• Proven organizational skills.
• Precise and accurate.
• A no nonsense mentality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French and Dutch.

Our client is a veterinary pharmaceutical wholesale. They are over 20 years active in the veterinary field of medicines, feed supplements and care products for sport horses. They aim to build long and lasting relations with their clients. Quality of the products and services to their clients are very important to them. To further expand the team, they are currently searching for a (junior) customer service representative focusing on the French market.
