As a Program administrator you will be responsible for developing the plan for the upcoming activities.


Key responsibilities:


  • Provides support to program management such as coordinating travel arrangements and monitors program activities.
  • Developing clear budget and financial reports on the programs or activities
  •  Support in the preparation of the budget of new proposals with specific inputs on the budgets.
  • Assist in the administrative necessities for programs or activities


Required skills and competencies:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize work and work calmly under pressure
  • Effective financial management skills and knowledge of finance systems and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate activities

Centre for African Justice, Peace and Human Rights is a foundation which promotes peace and addresses matters pertaining justice, and human rights. Through trainings, awareness campaigns and events people in Africa are provided with the necessary support and capacity.
