  • Contribute to category management strategy, as well as a standardised way of working, with respect to Category Management across the EMEA region
  • Contribute to category vision with a focus on shopper insights, category definition and segmentation, category drivers and point of purchase
  • Support the development and delivery of shopper solutions (specific plans and objectives) for product, placement, promotions and pricing (right range, space and format per strategic key account) including stores trials and the roll-out of a differentiated plan for both retail and petrol channel
  • Contribute to shopper-led selling stories for NPD
  • Support category relationships externally with key accounts and shopper-focused partnerships
  • Deliver actionable category insights to change shopper behaviour
  • Use actionable shopper insights for customers (channel, customer, shopper, consumer, and mission) from diverse data sources to customise category value drivers, and build a road-map
  • Create customer specific range, space and distribution solutions for optimal assortment for customer and category
  • Implement customer marketing programs targeted to retailers, wholesalers, and distributors and coordinate their implementation

  • Bachelor or Master's degree
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in FMCG
  • Some experience in research and analysis
  • Self-motivated, confident, and energetic individual who loves data and numbers.
  • Works with initiative
  • Fluent English (Dutch is not required for this role)
  • The successful candidate must have complete working rights in the Netherlands and ideally already located in or around Amsterdam
