They provide APIs for building chat applications and activity feeds and Product teams trust their product to launch faster, iterate more often and ensure a better user experience. They simplify processing billions of activities into a simple API for input and output, with a performance that would normally take a team months, if not years to learn and optimize. Their international team is spread over their offices in the US and Amsterdam, with 114 employees speaking 20 different languages. Their values include transparency and achieving mastery whilst working tightly together as a team.  Your role as a Director of Growth Marketing
As the new Director of Growth Marketing you’ll play an essential role in shaping the future of this exciting scale-up. You’re responsible for the growth marketing strategy and it’s execution. In this, you work closely together with your colleagues in the marketing leadership, direct your own team of digital marketing specialists and work with design, web and analytics teams to take the marketing efforts to the next level. Your team partially already exists and it will be your objective to build it out even more with best-in-class hires. Together with your team, you focus on new and innovative ways to boost lead generation and overall revenue of the company. Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the international growth marketing strategy
  • Focus on all things paid; performance marketing channels, SEM, paid social, sponsorships, events, etc., conversion rate optimization and A/B testing
  • Work on the go-to-market strategy in partnership with the product team
  • Most importantly; lead a team of growth marketing specialists to victory

What do you bring as a Director of Growth Marketing?

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B growth or digital marketing, having worked in a tech environment
  • Experience managing a digital marketing team
  • Expertise with all the main paid platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Display Network
  • Ability to prioritize and manage various projects within a dynamic and high growth environment
  • Strong communication skills and you’re able to influence and enforce best practices in the growth marketing strategy
