Client Service Agent - French

As a Client Service Agent, you are the first point of contact and you provide customer service excellence to the clients for the Dutch and Belgium market. You will be responsible to handle all inbound calls and emails according to the Service Level Agreements (SLA).
For this position we are looking for candidates who have an excellent command in Dutch and French.
- Provide high-quality service to all clients
- Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails
- When support of other colleagues is required, ensure to provide them with all necessary information in order to resolve the client’s issue as good and as soon as possible
- Ensure accurate registration of all client requests
- Handle all service-related questions posed by other departments
- Ensure your knowledge of products, services and systems is up-to-date
Our client is an electronic payment provider within the online/ e-commerce branch in Amsterdam.
