  • Own and manage the implementation and onboarding of new customers 
  • Capture the customer requirements and give advice on how to configure the app, according to the best practices, and within the SAAS solution  
  • Define & validate the project plan (resources, planning, deliverable, milestones…) 
  • Steer the project and manage customer’s expectations 
  • Configure the software settings based on specification documents  
  • Responsible for the scope of the implementation and onboarding (technical and functional) and related customer communication 
  • Verify if the deliverables are in accordance with the customer expectations 
  • You ensure all settings have been fully implemented and tested 
  • Ensure that project planning and budget are respected

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Your German must be on a native level with fluency in English
  • 2 year(s) of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support
  • Flexible, hands-on and not afraid to take initiative
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Work hard play hard type of mentality
