At Avec (www.avec.nl) we design and produce private label collections for leading retail chains. We were founded in 1995 and now have a workforce of more than 75.
We specialise in a few complex niches: stationery, back to school, DIY, (creative) toys and party items. With our strong product development department, we follow trends worldwide and always know how to respond to the latest fads. We are very innovative: we develop hundreds of new products every month. We relieve customers of the entire process, from concept development to delivery. With our own office and regular partners in China, we can be extremely competitive on price. That is why we have been growing so fast for so many years.
Pleasant workplace
Avec's unique head office is located in Veemarktkwartier, a creative cluster in the centre of Tilburg. In our beautiful showroom we are pleased to welcome more and more customers both from the Netherlands and abroad. Of course we have a slide, daily fresh fruit, ping-pong table (a bit of skill is a plus) and a lovely roof terrace facing south.
Our culture
We are a young, fast-growing, warm company. We are ambitious and result-oriented, but always with a warm heart for each other, and of course for animals and the environment. We support various social causes, without flaunting it. We have an active staff association, which organises fun get-togethers and outings.
We steer clear of corporate policy, instead we just follow the best idea. So if you have a good plan, we'll go for it, without endless discussion! We hold as few meetings as possible, preferably no longer than two minutes.
