Operations and Support Specialist | French C2

As an Operations and Support Specialist you will be part of our client's customer support team which ensures prompt vehicle utilization post-purchase, aiding customers worldwide through expert assistance in vehicle exportation. Operating within a driven team, you'll assist with diverse export concerns, guiding customers seamlessly through the ordering and delivery process. Serving as the initial contact point, you'll address inquiries regarding vehicle importation, exportation, transportation, and shipping for both customers and sales colleagues, while also managing intricate orders and coordinating logistics.

Requirements:

• You hold a completed MBO+ and/or HBO education;
• You possess 0 to 4 years of pertinent work experience;
• You are fluent in French and English;
• You exhibit strong communication abilities and demonstrate a proactive approach;
• You excel as a collaborative team member, displaying precision and attention to detail in your work.
• You live in Veghel or Eindhoven Area.
