Main tasks and responsibilities
- Engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the purchasing process
- Communicating the value and story behind each artwork to inspire and drive sales
- Providing information about the gallery, exhibitions, and the artist
- Assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a high-quality experience
Educational and skill requirements
- Proven ability in sales, with a strong customer service mindset
- Fluency in English (other languages are a plus)
- Excellent spoken English and strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging customers
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and ability to multitask on both short- and long-term projects
- Passion for photography and an appreciation for fine art
