Take Ownership
Design and upkeep of bunq’s web code architecture, integrating the latest industry trends while managing technical debt to enhance functionality and performance.
Lead and grow our talented frontend engineers, spearheading recruitment and budget management to drive successful, high-quality projects.
Identify opportunities to integrate AI into frontend solutions and develop performance metrics such as OKRs and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements
Proven ability to lead and motivate frontend teams across various locations, driving them to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Advanced skills in creating robust and efficient solutions using TypeScript.
Strong experience with modern frameworks like React or Vue, successfully handling large-scale projects.
Skilled at tackling complex coding challenges while ensuring high standards of quality and consistency in code and user interfaces.
Fluent in English, facilitating clear and effective communication within an international team.
