Are you a seasoned HR professional who enjoys working closely with leadership, supporting real people in real teams and helping an organization navigate change thoughtfully? We're looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join from September 15, 2025 to March 31,2026.


In this temporary role you'll support several business functions across retail, wholesale and office settings. You'll be the person leaders turn to for honest advice, fresh perspectives and practical support with everything from team development to organizational change. If you're energized by coaching others, working across cultures and rolling up your sleeves to get things done, we'd love to hear from you!

As Senior HR Business Partner you will act as a true partner to senior leaders, helping them grow their teams, navigate change and bring out the best in their people. You'll work closely with various HR specialists and internal stakeholders to ensure the business gets what it needs in a way that's both thoughtful and effective.


Your responsibilities will include:



  • Working side-by-side with leadership to shape and implement people plans that reflect both business goals and team realities;

  • Offering strategic support during times of change, helping leaders adjust structures, roles and ways of working;

  • Leading workforce planning activities, translating big-picture strategy into practical steps for teams on the ground;

  • Coaching senior leaders on team dynamics, leadership growth, succession planning and career development;

  • Supporting annual HR processes like salary review, performance discussions, and talent planning in a way that feels purposeful and clear;

  • Helping to strengthen engagement and culture across office and retail teams by focusing on what truly matters to people;

  • Collaborating with HR experts across areas like Talent, Compensation and Inclusion to bring relevant solutions to the business;

  • Being a trusted advisor in employee relations, applying sound judgment and knowledge of employment law when challenges arise;

  • Contributing to broader HR projects at regional and global levels, staying connected with what's next in HR while sharing insights from the business.
