We are hiring for Netflix and we are now looking for an experienced Benefits Coordinator to join their team in Amsterdam.

In the role, you will play a key role in designing and delivering the infrastructure and operational processes that enable an exceptional employee experience throughout the full employee lifecycle across the regional market.

Job Profile for Benefits Coordinator
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Administer employee benefits programmes across the EMEA region in collaboration with Employee Services, Payroll, Finance, external brokers, and third-party providers
  • Manage benefits enrolment for new hires, internal transfers, and employees experiencing changes to their benefits coverage
  • Maintain accurate employee benefits records, including employee and coverage updates, while supporting HRIS workflows and automation 
  • Develop, update, and maintain clear benefits communications and internal and external benefits resources
  • Prepare and submit benefits-related reports to brokers, external vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Create cost allocations and purchase orders, and process benefits-related invoices for payment
  • Coordinate with brokers, insurance providers, and third-party vendors to ensure the effective delivery of employee benefits programmes across EMEA
  • Support annual benefits renewals and vendor RFP processes by coordinating input from brokers, Finance, and internal stakeholders
  • Support the Employee Services team in resolving employee benefits enquiries, issues, and escalations
  • Review and update benefits and mobility workflows, procedures, and work instructions to ensure accuracy and alignment with current processes
  • Maintain organised records of contracts, vendor agreements, and programme documentation
  • Support HRIS and benefits platform implementations, enhancements, testing, and data validation activities for systems including Workday and Darwin

Candidate Profile for Benefits Coordinator

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits Administration, or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Good understanding of HR and benefits administration best practices, including finance and records management
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms; Workday experience is an advantage
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with employees, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with sound judgment, tact, and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
