What can you expect?
As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a key role in the recruitment of German-speaking candidates.
You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process; you will be the first and last point of contact for candidates from phone screening, video interviewing & coordination up to the hire
You will be in close contact with your stakeholders
You will come up with process improvement ideas and will contribute to the success of the company in Germany


What are the requirements?
You are fluent in German and Dutch
You already gained some experience (min. 1 year) in a corporate recruiter position or as a recruitment consultant
You are good at interviewing and stakeholder management
