What exactly are you going to do

As an assembly worker, you will contribute to creating high-quality aluminum frames for impressive projects like office buildings and airports. Your role is hands-on, focused on precision and teamwork, and offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills while working in a supportive and professional environment. What You Will Do:

  • Assemble: you will piece together aluminum frames with precision, ensuring every detail meets our high-quality standards.
  • Drill: you will carefully drill holes for fittings and locks, guaranteeing a seamless fit.
  • Prepare: you will ready frames for transport, ensuring they are securely packaged and labeled for delivery.
  • Collaborate: you will work closely with your colleagues to maintain a positive atmosphere and achieve shared goals.
  • Inspect: you will perform quality checks on your work, following established procedures to ensure every frame meets client expectations.

  • Salary of €2,800 gross per month.
  • Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
  • Full-time role, 38-40 hours per week.
  • Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer (max. 30 km).
  • 38 vacation days, including fixed days during the construction holiday.
  • Excellent pension scheme under the Metal and Technology CLA.
