They are currently expanding and looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to join our client’s growing team in Delft, working in a flexible hybrid setup.

Job Profile for Marketing Programs Manager
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and lead integrated marketing programs from concept to measurable outcomes, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Build creative concepts and campaign strategies designed to engage highly technical audiences
  • Define and oversee the content strategy for each program, ensuring technical accuracy, messaging consistency, and alignment with campaign goals
  • Collaborate with product solution physicists to craft accurate, compelling content and messaging frameworks
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution with design, digital, and operations teams to ensure timely, on-brand delivery
  • Manage the creation of campaign assets, written, visual, and multimedia, by providing clear briefs and direction to writers, designers, and contributors
  • Activate programs across multiple channels, including web, social, email, events, and partnerships
  • Monitor performance against KPIs, analyse insights, and drive continuous campaign optimisation
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s technology, market trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape

Candidate Profile for Marketing Programs Manager

  • Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or a related technical field
  • Over 10 years of experience in B2B marketing roles
  • Previous experience in a similar role within technical or industrial environments
  • Experience with marketing hardware products
  • Proficiency in learning, understanding, and communicating complex scientific and engineering concepts
  • Strong creative instincts paired with strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Proven ability to translate complex technologies into clear, engaging narratives for highly technical audiences
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives 
  • Advanced scientific or engineering domain experience would be considered an advantage
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Autodidact, eager to master new technologies
  • Team player with exceptional collaboration skills
