As a customer service representative you are the first point of contact for our (export) customers. The execution of your tasks will mainly focus on order processing for our German and international customers. You take care of the entire process from order processing to arranging transport including all export documents. Furthermore, you keep our customers informed about the progress of orders, promotions and other product information. You support your colleagues in the field by providing them with relevant sales information.This is a full-time function for 39 hours per week. You will be working in a dynamic environment. After a training period, you have the skills to work independently. We offer you a challenging and varied position, within an informal company.

The position
What are your tasks?• Order processing for German customers and (clients of) the sister companies, as well as export relations (pro forma invoices, packing notes, invoicing).
• Creating export documents & organizing transport.• Maintaining contacts with field staff in countries such as the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Belgium with regard to orders.
• Maintaining contacts with (export) customers at home and abroad (worldwide).
• Supporting sales promotion initiatives.
• Make agreements with transporters about the best possible rates and conditions.
• Commercial support from field sales

Requirements:

Job requirements• MBO + / HBO degree in a similar field, such as International Trade & Commerce or International Business and Languages;
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office;
• Specific knowledge regarding procedures in the area of customs and transport is a plus• Excellent command of the German language both written and spoken. A 3rd language such as English and / or French and / or Spanish is a plus;• You are honest and accurate, you can plan and organize well, are flexible and customer-oriented, you have a good dose of humor and can handle stress.
