Sales Support Specialist | Dutch & French


As a Sales Support for the Benelux market, you are the 1st point of contact for the clients. Your main task is to make sure the whole Order to Cash process flows as efficiently as possible and you do this by, for instance:

  • Coordinating all pre-, sales- and after-sales process
  • Continuously communicating with internal departments on varied issues, i.e., quality check, complaints, etc.
  • Taking orders and processing them in the system
  • Supporting Account Managers with drafting offers and preparing presentations to clients

In this role, you are not only the face of the company but also an ambassador for your clients, constantly translating their needs & wishes to your colleagues within yours and other departments


In order to do this well, you need:

  • Proficiency (C1-C2 level) in Dutch. A good level of French or English is also required (B2, at least)
  • Cultural proficiency is also essential, this means you should know well not only the language but the culture of the relevant market, Benelux
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication skills, in this context: be persuasive and tenacious
  • Strong with numbers and some experience in order processing
  • Customer-centered mentality, meaning: you're only happy if your clients are too
  • Affinity with CRM systems (SAP, Sales Force)
  • Availability to work 32 to 36 hours/week
