Your responsibilities:
· Report to the Sales Manager who is based in Germany .
· Inside sales and logistic services to European customers.
· Initially to make the best efforts to improve service level by establishing close relationship with customers
· To increase the efficiency of the work and achieve the best sales result and the benefit to the company
· Any additional work to be assigned to the successful applicant from time to time.
· Further responsibilities to be given subject to her/his capacities and capability.

Details of job description.
· To manage and take responsibility of logistic and customer service operation between the factories, the company and to their customers
· To monitor customers` forecast are accurately complied on a weekly basis and feedback to factories` for their production planning
· To co-ordinate with factories` production to ensure the delivery meeting the forecast and firm orders
· To prepare shipping instruction to the factories to comply with the customers` requirement
· To make the best effort of the arrangement to support the customers` requests and requirement but in consideration of its cost.
· To support the customers` requests and requirement and work/consult with the Account manager to resolve any difficulties for the assigned customers
· To monitor delivery and inventory position and make early warning to prevent any damage
· To find out the best and economical solution when the delivery is not met with the customers` requested date.
· To act as “trouble-shooter” (such as delivery, quality problems, etc) and make preventative action.
· To work efficiently and communicate closely with the supply chain such as Factories/Warehouse/Forwarders/Custom Agents and the customers to ensure smooth Inbound and Outbound operation
· To issue invoices to the assigned customers
· To handle the customers` claim properly and settle down RMA process to the end.
· To make regular checks of the status of receivable invoice together with the customers’ financial situation / status.

  • At least a BA degree
  • Experience: Proven work record in a similar role (max 2 or 3 years)
  • Experience level: Ability to learn quickly and work accurately is fundamental requirement. Ideally someone with working experience in the electronic field but if not, you should be happy working in the electronic field.
  • Attitude/Ability to work: Must be able to work both individually and as part of a team. Must be able to work within given time target. Tidy, focus, responsible, flexible and controlled working attitude
  • Communication Skills: Friendly and honest attitude
  • Language: Fluency in English (written and spoken), any other European language is an asset (German is highly preferred)
  • IT skill: Word, Excel essential and Access is in an asset
  • You must have worked in a small team / in a small office.
  • Notes: Initially, the successful applicant will be given training in all aspect of sales support work
  • Candidates with solely customer service experience will NOT be considered.

Salary Benefits:

  • The start date is ASAP
  • This is a long term position. 4 days and 32 hours per week. *Working on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday are a must. The other days can be discussed.
  • Full time can be discussed.
  • Contract details: The first period of time will be via Undutchables. Depending on the performance, after this period of time, the company will offer a contract.
