GRONINGEN - SALES - speaking native level German and fluent English

A new role has become available for a starter or experienced sales professional to join a dynamic and highly successful sales team. You will be responsible for sales and account management for a particular group of customers by contacting them via telephone.

Job responsibilities:
* To prepare an account plan
* To identify market potential
* To analyse the vision, strategy and purchasing policy of those accounts

Account management
* To increase the turnover of existing accounts by maintain contacts in the allocated area by phone* To inform all accounts of the complete product range and package of services by evaluating the current sales results by means of data/information form the CRM system
* To sell annual/monthly promotions
* To process orders and to issue quotations
* To ensure the correct pricing and discounts are maintained
* To collect and record client, product and/or market information and to enter this in CRM system

* To generate new dealers through internet and by telephone on basis of a thorough prospect plan
* To generate new orders/quotations
* To pass on information and signals regarding competitors to CSM

* Account management of the allocated accounts
* To realise the sales objectives by achieving the anticipated turnover and specific KPI targets
* Correct data processing in de the CRM system


* Experience in telephone sales and acquisition
* You need to be able to work independently and accurately
* Commercial skills
* Being able to work under pressure
* MBO+/HBO work level and intellectual ability
* Speaking native level German and a fluent level of English and a good level of Dutch
* Affinity with agriculture is a plus
