Take ownership
As our Product Owner - Person Bank, you will be responsible for the core banking product across all user life stages and markets. You'll focus on the essential factors that drive user adoption and satisfaction.
Defining and delivering the essential "hygiene factors" - the features users expect from a modern bank account - to ensure a solid and reliable user experience.
Developing the "wow factors" by identifying and building features that solve unique user problems and drive deeper engagement with our product.
Implementing features that encourage organic growth by making the user experience compelling enough for users to share with their friends.
Requirements
You can develop a strategic roadmap by starting with a long-term goal, like a new country launch, and working backwards to define actionable steps.
You have proven skills in data analysis, using it to identify and understand the root causes of user problems.
You are familiar with UX design principles and can work effectively with designers to create intuitive user experiences.
You are fluent in English – able to communicate effectively in a global team, ensuring collaboration and clarity across all project stages.
