Learning Developer/ UTQ Trainer

Are you an enthusiastic and creative trainer and consultant who will join our team of Learning Developers? Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, technical and scientific setting in which teacher professionalization and educational development play a central role? Do you have a passion for developing and providing teaching training in didactics and would you like to contribute to the professional development of teachers and PHD students at TU Delft? Then you may be the new colleague we are looking for to provide training in our University Teaching Qualification (UTQ) program.
Applicants should have the following qualifications:
- You have a relevant master degree, preferable MEd.
- You have knowledge and experience in the field of (higher) education.
- You have experience in didactical training and advising teachers.
- Preferably, you have experience in teaching in a higher education setting.
- You have affinity with engineering education.
- You familiarise yourself quickly with new tasks, you are independent.
The TU Delft is a bilingual organisation in Dutch and English. TLS provides courses primarily in English. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a requirement.
Providing a workshop may be part of the application procedure.
This position is for 36-40 hours per week (09,0-1,0 FTE). The contract is for 1 year with possibility of extension. The salary is based on scale 11 (maximum of €4.978,- gross per month with a full-time appointment).
