As Category Procurement Manager, you’ll lead global tenders, develop sourcing strategies, manage key supplier relationships, analyse commodity pricing and identify opportunities to reduce total costs while securing supply and supporting sustainability ambitions.
We’re looking for a commercially driven relationship builder with experience in food ingredients, commodities or strategic sourcing and a strong understanding of supply chains.

- Lead global strategic sourcing and tender processes for dairy ingredients;
- Develop and execute category strategies to optimize costs and secure supply;
- Manage supplier relationships, performance, and long-term partnerships;
- Monitor commodity pricing, costs, and financial impact to identify opportunities;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive growth, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in strategic procurement, sourcing or category management;
- Background in food ingredients, dairy or commodity sourcing;
- Strong commercial and analytical skills, with a results-oriented mindset;
- Excellent supplier relationship and stakeholder management skills;
- Proactive, energetic professional who can work independently and drive change in a global environment.
Salary
6000 - 7000
Through our agency, you will receive a 5-month temporary contract due to a maternity leave.
- Salary will be around €6000 - €7000 gross a month, based on a full-time position (38 hours a week), and is based on education and experience;
- Starting Mid October;
- This assignment is for 32 hours;
- 30 Annual leave days;
- Travel expenses will be covered;
- Pension plan.
