Job Profile for Management Consultant

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

• Lead and coach a team of consultants, supporting their professional development and fostering a high-performing team culture
• Provide guidance and support to senior leadership on key projects and business initiatives
• Lead end-to-end consulting engagements, from strategy development through to implementation and delivery of measurable results
• Take ownership of project workstreams and ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives, timelines and quality standards
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, from C-suite executives to operational teams
• Develop and apply innovative approaches to help clients address complex business and technology challenges
• Collaborate with the company’s technology and innovation teams to support clients in defining IT strategies, developing technology transformation frameworks, and adopting AI and automation solutions
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools and industry trends to ensure innovative and relevant solutions
• Contribute to the development of consulting methodologies, best practices and the wider growth of the firm

Candidate Profile for Management Consultant

• Must be fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in consulting, operational excellence, strategy or business transformation
• Proven experience leading project teams and delivering measurable results across multiple engagements
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills, combining business acumen with emotional intelligence
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, both independently and collaboratively
• Willingness and flexibility to travel to client sites
