HR Generalist - fluency in English and Dutch

In your job, you will cooperate with members in developing the company further into a high performance team. Specific topics are recruitment, personal development and the way of working. What our client wants to be for their customers as well as for their colleagues. You encourage an exploring mindset by facilitating meaningful conversations on HR topics and you are co-responsible for realizing one unity of thought.


Your profile:
• Dare to experiment;
• Are totally into creating new ways of working and challenging assumptions;
• Thrive in a dynamic environment and you always keep an open mind;
• Have 3-5 years HR experience, preferably on HR processes and recruitment;
• Have talent for making things simple and easy;
• Are able to switch between thinking and acting on a strategic, tactical and executive level;
• Are digitally grounded;
• Are people-oriented;
• Have a can do mentality;
• Are a team player;
• Are hands-on and structured;
• Are willing to do supporting HR work;
• Are fluent in English and in Dutch (written and spoken) - Dutch must be ideally on a native level
• Have a Academic working level (HBO/WO).

Work Hours:

32-40 hours per week

Your work environment is dynamic, an open minded atmosphere, international and very innovative. Our client has 300 employees from different nationalities and you will be part of a small team (2 people). Our client is active in the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium and Austria.
