As Executive Sous Chef, you will play a pivotal role in delivering memorable dining experiences across multiple outlets while supporting the Executive Chef in leading a high-performing culinary team. Main responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations across restaurant, bar, events and in-room dining concepts;
- Lead, coach and develop kitchen teams, ensuring consistency, engagement and high performance;
- Drive culinary quality by maintaining exceptional standards in food preparation, presentation and service execution;
- Monitor food costs, labor efficiency, inventory management and operational performance;
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and HACCP regulations while promoting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior culinary leadership role within luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants or upscale hospitality environments;
- Proven experience managing kitchen brigades of at least 15 team members;
- Strong knowledge of food cost control, menu engineering and kitchen financial management;
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification;
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
