As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be managing the whole recruitment process from A to Z. No 2 days are the same as your responsibilities range from screening applications or searching for the perfect candidate in our database or on LinkedIn. You will also be responsible for finding new companies that are in a need of new colleagues, so you can use your commercial skills. Also, you will become a trusted partner for our clients, as you will get to know them and advise them on the current market trends. You will help out candidates and clients with your passionate drive to help out internationals finding their feet in the Netherlands.
· Manage the complete recruitment process from A to Z, including coordination of interviews
· Responsible for new business development (NBD), create account plans, cold calling
· Provide your clients and candidates with a high level of service (CRM)
· Engage social media channels to broaden your network
· Interview and screen potential candidates
· Ensure proper client and candidate administration in the database
· Business level in English and at least a B1 level of Dutch. Other languages would be considered as a plus
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience within client facing roles, recruitment experience is preferred
· Strong communication skills and a team player
· Orderly and systematic and can do more things at once
· Commercially driven
The start date is the ASAP. You will get a full time (40 hours) contract for 7 months. Next to working with your new and spontaneous work-friends, you will get 25 holidays and 13 ATV days to take your well-earned rest. Salary will start from 2.300 gross a month depending on experience. And best of all, a flat organization where you can be yourself and where we value your opinion.
