Technical Customer Support Representative


As a Technical Customer Support Officer, you will engage with multiple departments, including Service, Operations, Production, Product Management, and Sales. The role encompasses both technical (30%) and administrative (70%) duties.

  • Providing phone support to international customers with questions about client's equipment.
  • Processing orders through various customer dashboards.
  • Responding to customer emails.
  • Managing all operational tasks within the system.
  • Executing minor repairs on electronic equipment, such as component replacement, utilizing diagnostic tools, and employing critical thinking.


  • A strong technical background is essential. For instance, have you worked on a technical helpdesk, do you know how to build a computer, or do you enjoy repairing your motor vehicle as a hobby?
  • Fluency in English is required, and Dutch is a pre.
  • Experience in the automotive or electronics industry is advantageous.
  • An open and entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to improvements.
  • A strong work ethic, with the ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and take initiative both individually and as part of a team.
