For an internationally operating machine manufacturer, we are looking for an Allround CNC Machinist / Machining Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for the complete machining process, from programming and setup to production and quality control.
What will you be doing?
As an Allround Machinist, you will work in a modern machining department equipped with conventional, teach-in, and CNC-controlled machines. You will independently manufacture precision components based on technical drawings and specifications.
Your responsibilities include:
- Programming CNC machines using Edgecam or similar CAM software
- Setting up and operating conventional, teach-in, and CNC machines
- Performing milling and turning operations on high-quality components
- Conducting dimensional inspections and quality checks
- Monitoring product quality and manufacturing tolerances
- Performing routine machine maintenance
- Troubleshooting and resolving minor technical issues
- Working according to safety and quality procedures

Job requirements
- Technical education at MBO level or equivalent, preferably in Machining, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive experience with CNC milling and CNC turning
- Experience operating teach-in machines
- Knowledge of conventional turning techniques
- Experience with Edgecam or comparable CAM software
- Strong understanding of materials and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently
- Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
- Accurate, independent, and results-driven working style
- Flexible and willing to work across different machines and departments
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
