As a Finance Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of our customer innovative SaaS scale-up. The position involves a mix of tasks including payroll management, financial reporting, and supporting daily operations. You’ll analyze and improve processes, collaborate with stakeholders and you'll be the primary contact for all financial matters, providing advice and support to team.
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Preparing payroll and collaborating with HR
  • Creating financial reports
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements
  • Resolving financial discrepancies

Requirements:

For this roles we are looking for someone who has a backgound in operational finance. Also you need to have the following requirements:
Requirements

  • HBO-level education in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial roles
  • Familiarity with startups, scale-ups
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, You will be supporting the Dutch entity, but you will also have to communicate with non-Dutch speakers within the organisation, and deal with international invoicing and financial operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
